If you are considering prayer or eternal memorial service, go to Kiyama Temple

Based on the teachings of Shingon Buddhism taught by Kukai, we offer various prayers to those who visited Maniwa city in Okayama. We wish you happiness and pray for the benefits of disease-free disaster, prayer for safe delivery, prosperity in business, and safety of your family.
We also offer a permanent memorial service for those who feel that the management of the grave is tough in the future. We would like to ask for consultation if you are worried about the treatment of a grave that will eventually be out of control.

Characteristics of Koyama Temple

We pray for the happiness of ourselves and our loved ones.

A monk is praying to the Buddha for the benefit of everyone. We accept various prayers, memorial services, and consultations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please feel free to contact us regardless of denomination or denomination. The shrine guardian deity is Zensai Inari Daimyojin, Kiyama Ushido Tenno, and Honson Buddha is Yakushi Ruriko Nyorai and the 11th Kanzeon Bodhisattva.
We will take prayer time from 9:00 to 16:00 and pray carefully to the Buddha. Yakushi Ruriko Nyorai saves sentient beings' illnesses and hesitations. Because of their existence like a doctor in the Shinto and Buddhist worlds, they have benefits such as disease-free disasters, healing of the disease, prayer for safe delivery, and prayers for disaster relief. The eleventh face Kanzeon Bodhisattva has eleven faces, so it listens to wishes from various directions, and has the benefits such as prosperity in business, rich harvest of five grains, fulfillment of various wishes, and traffic safety.

A memorial service for those who are worried about future ancestral grave management

It seems that many people are familiar with the word "eiji memorial service" often in commercials and see advertisements on trains in recent years. However, I would like to take this opportunity to explain because some people may not know the concrete contents unexpectedly. In recent years, there are many cases where the management of graves can no longer be done as well as it used to be. Due to the development of transportation facilities and the concentration of economic bases in urban areas, due to the effects of nuclear depopulation and rural depopulation, the distance to the grave is too long to manage.
Even in such cases, the monument is to keep the graves and keep the bones that were stored in one place by the monks, and to carefully pray for them. There are several types of bones to put together, but at Kiyama-dera we have adopted the form of a skeleton hall, and we will store the bones stored there and hold a memorial service for a certain period of time.

Articles about how the chief priests at Kiyama Temple can familiarize themselves with the Shingon sect every day

I hope that the priest will write articles every day and that Shingon Buddhism will become more familiar to everyone. Japan is a rare country in the world where the people do not belong to any particular religion. However, I think that's why I have the spirit of "wa" that allows me to accept all ways of thinking in a neutral way without being overly trapped in the values of each religion.
Shinto, which has been used in Japan since ancient times, also cherishes the spirit of harmony, and we will continue to cherish "wa" at Kiyama-dera, which used to be a Shinto-Butsu tradition until the Meiji era. Writes about events and events such as "Setsubun, Star Festival Exclusion Blessing Prayer" held throughout the year, and writes a column that introduces the teachings of Koyayama Shingon sect in a way that can be practiced in daily life. And I will try to keep things fun and useful for everyone to read.
